BETON-CONTACT EXTRA

DESCRIPTION:

BETON-CONTACT EXTRA is a special quartz-filled primer designed to improve the adhesion of plasters and screeds on smooth or low-absorption surfaces. The product creates an ideal bonding bridge between difficult substrates and subsequently applied materials.

APPLICATIONS:

• Preparation of smooth concrete surfaces
• Treatment of very dense or glossy surfaces
• Adhesion improvement on critical substrates
• Interior and exterior applications

CHARACTERISTICS:

• Excellent adhesion to difficult substrates
• High alkaline resistance
• Quick drying
• Easy application
• Pink color for visual control
• High quartz content

APPLICATION METHOD:

1. Surface preparation:

   • Surface must be clean and stable
   • Remove loose parts
   • Remove traces of grease or form oil

2. Preparation:

   • Mix well before use
   • Can be diluted with max. 10% water for first coat
   • Mix again after dilution

3. Application:

   • Apply with roller or brush
   • Apply uniformly, without interruption
   • Working temperature: +5°C to +30°C
   • Avoid application in direct sunlight

DRYING TIME:

• Surface dry: 1-2 hours
• Next layer application: 4-6 hours

CONSUMPTION:

• 0.25-0.35 kg/m² per coat
• Single coat application recommended

STORAGE:

12 months in original packaging in cool, dry places protected from frost.
