DESCRIPTION:

BETONIV is a cement-based self-leveling screed designed for leveling and finishing interior floors. The product provides a perfectly smooth and durable surface, ideal for subsequent application of various types of floor coverings.

APPLICATIONS:

• Floor leveling in residential spaces
• Substrate preparation for final coverings
• Renovation of old floors
• Underfloor heating systems

APPLICATION METHOD:

1. Surface preparation:

   • Surface must be clean and stable
   • Remove loose parts
   • Apply suitable primer
   • Install perimeter strip

2. Preparation:

   • Mix with clean water (5.5-6 L per 25 kg)
   • Mechanically mix for 2-3 minutes
   • Let rest for 2-3 minutes
   • Briefly mix again

3. Application:

   • Pour mixture onto surface
   • Distribute evenly with squeegee
   • De-aerate with spike roller
   • Working temperature: +5°C to +30°C

DRYING TIME:

• Foot traffic: after 6-8 hours
• Final covering: after 24-72 hours (depending on thickness)

CONSUMPTION:

1.7 kg/m²/mm thickness

STORAGE:

6 months in original packaging in dry spaces.
