DESCRIPTION:

IZObeton TERMOSISTEM is a professional cement-based adhesive specially designed for thermal insulation systems. The product provides superior adhesion and is ideal for installing and reinforcing thermal insulation boards in ETICS systems.

• Bonding expanded polystyrene (EPS) boards
• Bonding mineral wool boards
• Creating reinforced base coat layer
• Complete thermal insulation systems
• Interior and exterior applications

APPLICATION METHOD:

1. Surface preparation:

   • Surface must be clean and stable
   • Remove loose parts
   • Check substrate flatness
   • Apply suitable primer if necessary

2. Preparation:

   • Mix with 6-6.5 L water per 25 kg material
   • Mix mechanically for 2-3 minutes
   • Let rest for 5-10 minutes
   • Mix again before use

3. Application:

   • Perimeter-spot method for board bonding
   • Continuous application for base coat
   • Embed reinforcing mesh
   • Working temperature: +5°C to +30°C

CONSUMPTION:

• Bonding: 4-5 kg/m²
• Base coat: 4-5 kg/m²
• Complete system: 8-10 kg/m²

WORKING TIME:

• Application time: ~3 hours
• Adjustment time: ~20 minutes

STORAGE:

12 months in original packaging in dry spaces.
