DESCRIPTION:

MESTERICA START gypsum-based dry mix (25kg) is designed for creating the first leveling layer on walls and ceilings in interior spaces with normal air humidity (60-65%). The composition includes gypsum, limestone powder, mineral fillers, and modifying additives. The mixture is intended for manual application.

Before application, the surface must be treated with deep penetrating primer or quartz-based adhesion primer (concrete contact). Surfaces with high water absorption (more than 15%) - such as aerated concrete or concrete blocks - should be optionally moistened with water to prevent rapid moisture evaporation and crack formation.

The recommended thickness of the applied layer is 10 to 50 mm. After drying, it is possible to apply the next leveling layer based on MAISTRU gypsum, with mandatory reinforcement using fiberglass mesh. It is also suitable for subsequent application of decorative plaster, facing tiles, and other finishing coatings.

Slight variation in shades is permissible (white in various tones).

APPLICATION TIME:

Approximately 30-60 minutes.

AREA OF USE:

MESTERICA START mixture is designed for manual plastering of walls and ceilings made of concrete, foam concrete blocks, gypsum, cement and stone foundations, as well as other stable, non-deformable surfaces. Work should be carried out at air temperatures between +5°C and +25°C and relative humidity not exceeding 65%, avoiding direct sunlight and drafts throughout the entire period of material setting and drying.
