UNIVERSAL MORTAR

DESCRIPTION:

Universal mortar is a cement-based dry mix designed for universal construction work. It is a versatile product that can be used for both masonry and interior/exterior plastering.

APPLICATIONS:

• Brick and AAC block masonry
• Interior and exterior plastering
• Repairs and renovations
• General construction work

CHARACTERISTICS:

• Excellent substrate adhesion
• High mechanical strength
• Good workability
• Extended working time
• Frost resistance

APPLICATION METHOD:

1. Surface preparation:

   • Surface must be clean and stable
   • Remove loose parts
   • Moisten substrate before application

2. Preparation:

   • Mix with clean water in proportion of 5-6 liters per 25 kg material
   • Mix until obtaining a homogeneous paste
   • Let rest for 5-10 minutes and mix again

3. Application:

   • Apply manually or mechanically
   • Layer thickness: 10-20 mm per application
   • Working temperature: +5°C to +30°C

CONSUMPTION:

• Masonry: 15-20 kg/m²
• Plaster: 16-18 kg/m²/cm

STORAGE:

12 months from manufacturing date in original packaging in dry spaces.
